We have a variety of guaranteed health insurance plans. These are all HIPAA-qualifed plans with national PPO networks. This is real health insurance, not a discount plan.

All claims are processed directly by the carrier. You do not have to worry about acceptance by a physician or hospital. The plastic id card you carry is the same as any other major health insurance plan.

Guaranteed Issue Individual Health Plans - Up to $3,000 a day hospital coverage plus a 100% surgical reimbursement schedule. Includes physician visits, labs, wellness and much more. Be sure to examine our HealthMax Plus plan, with more benefits than any other plan of this type.

Mini-Medical Plans - Well-known national PPO network with a physician and prescription co-pay. Covers generic and brand name prescriptions. Labs, out-patient surgery, hospital stays and emergency room coverage.

The term "mini-medical" has no real meaning. Almost any plan that is not a full major medical plan can call itself a "mini-medical". We use the term because a number of people use it as a search term.

Our mini-medical plan is our HealthMax Plus plan. This is the highest level of indemnity you can buy on a guaranteed issue basis. If anything deserved the term mini-medical, this plan does.
