This is an inexpensive, comprehensive accident plan that can be purchased for individual or family coverage (family coverage is only slightly more than individual coverage).

It will cover all necessary medical and dental expenses that are a direct result of an accidental injury.

This benefit will pay a Accident Disability Income Benefit of $400 per month up to a maximum benefit period of 6 months when you are disabled due to injury.

The benefit will start paying the Disability Income Benefit after the Elimination Period of 90 days.

Disability must start within 30 days after the Accident causing the injury.

“Disability” means you are unable because of injury to perform the material and substantial duties of your occupation
