Are you looking for a guaranteed issue major medical plan? If you are, I might be able to help you.

We can offer you two alternatives:

The First Alternative:

If you live in any of the these states and are self-employed or own a business of any size, we can offer you the opportunity to obtain a full, guaranteed issue, major medical plan.

  Arizona Nebraska
  California Nevada
  Colorado New Jersey
  Connecticut New York
  Florida Pennsylvania
  Georgia Texas
  Illinois Virginia
  Maryland West Virginia

The plans are made available to you through a Professional Employment Organization or PEO. For more information on Guaranteed Issue Major Medical plans for self-employed, Click This Link

This is the most cost effective way to obtain full major medical coverage when you cannot purchase traditional health insurance due to a pre-existing condition.

The Second Alternative:

Guaranteed Issue Major Medical Alternatives

In the event that you cannot obtain full major medical coverage, and you are not self-employed, there some guaranteed major medical substitutes.

1. Use one of our limited benefit plans. There is no medical underwriting and just about everyone qualifies.

2. The not so obvious answer is "Stacking"

The means that you will combine two of our plans together to get a benefit that almost equals and in some cases exceeds a major medical plan.

Note: If you are self-employed or part of a small group and live in one of the states mentioned use our guaranteed issue health insurance plan, it provides better coverage at a lower cost than stacking.

The trick is using two plans from different carriers. Let me give you an example.

We sell our AIM plans that use a company called AMLI and the Homeland plans that use an AIG company for underwriting.

You can do this with any two of our plans from these two different sources. But, for illustration purposes, I am going to show you the "top of the line".

We will combine the HealthMax Plus plan with the Homeland Platinum plan. The amounts represent what the plans pays out. Remember that it will pay a provider or you directly. So, if the physician is paid by one plan directly, you can submit the claim to the other provider. Or, just submit the claim to both providers.

Hospitalization: First Day $5,000, Day 2 - Day 30 $2,000 and Day 31 to Day 100 it is $1,000. You get an extra $2,000 for ICU.
Surgery: The HealthMax will pay 100% of whatever Medicare would pay and the Homeland will pay according to their surgical schedule. They both pay 25% of surgical benefit for anesthesia.
Office Visits: HealthMax will pay up to $100 for seven office visits. Homeland will pay $75 for three visits and $75 for two checkups per year. This means that you could end up with $175 per visit for your first three visits.
Diagnostic Labs and X-rays HealthMax pays up to $400 for 5 lab/x-rays per year and Homeland pays $125 for 6 lab/x-rays. You have $525 for your first five labs.
Outpatient Surgery: Homeland will pay $250 a day for outpatient surgery
Prescriptions $10 co-pay for generic. Up to $200 a month. Brand name drugs are deeply discounted. Over 53,000 nationwide pharmacies.
Accident Benefit Up to $2,000 for an accident or injury
Critical Illness Lump sum $10,000 payment on diagnosis of a number of critical illnesses including heart attack, stroke, cancer, etc.
Additional Benefits Dental, Vision, and others

Keep in mind that there are no deductibles. This is all first dollar coverage. The combined price of these plans is $597 a month. Less than many COBRA and HIPAA plans. Also, if you have not noticed, this is one hell of a lot of coverage.

Use one of the HealthSolutions plans and a stacked combination can cost as little as $410 a month.

Yes, these combination plans would cover maternity.

I am not saying that this plan would cover your expenses if you need a liver transplant. But, for most illnesses, the combination of these two plans would probably meet or exceed you hospital expenses, physician visits and lab work. The only thing really missing is brand-name prescription coverage.

You can lower the cost by mixing lower cost plans. Call me with questions.
